A SKATE HOLIDAY PROGRAM FOR KIDS...

We wanting to offer something different, something that up until now hasn't been an option in the Mount, and create a holiday program for kids focused all around skateboarding & surf skating. 

Something that's more than just your run of the mill childminding service, something that's nurturing and action-packed from start to finish.

A HOLIDAY PROGRAM FOR KIDS THAT LOVE TO SKATE

The Kids Skate Holiday Program is a flexible service for working parents, or visitors to the area looking for something challenging, exciting, action packed and fun for their kids to do over the holidays.

The program runs from Monday - Friday at Arataki Skate Park from 8:30am - 1pm.

With access to the Pump Track, the Skate Park & Bowl, Bay Wave, Football fields, Basketball courts and more - we have the ultimate playground to run, play, skate, and have a wicked time

An awesome location, with access to it all!

A TYPICAL DAY...

8:30AM: DROP OFF & FROTH!

We'll be organised and ready for a swift drop-off for parents.

Just check in with an instructor, get your safety gear on and skateboard allocated to you and we'll take care of the rest from there.

9-10AM: ACTIVITY 1

Activities include: Skating, Pump Track, Baywave, soccer, man hunt, frisbee football, dodgeball, basketball, rugby, theoretical lessons, skate park safety education. All depends on the weather.

10:30-10:45AM: LUNCH BREAK

Food, plenty of water, rest in the shade.

10:45 - 11:15AM: SKATE PARK AWARENESS 

We're committed to making sure that every kid that comes to us leaves better equipped to handle themselves, and stay safe in at the skate parks.

Each day after morning tea the kids will be guided through our be safety and skate awareness program arming them with skills they can take with them for a lifetime.

11:15- 12:45PM: ACTIVITY 2 

Activities include: Skating, Pump Track, Baywave, soccer, man hunt, frisbee football, dodgeball, basketball, rugby, theoretical lessons, skate park safety education. All depends on the weather.

12:45-1PM: WRAP UP 

Finishing circle where the groups summarize the day and plan for tomorrow.

1PM: PICK UP TIME

We'll round up the troops and get all their gear on time ready to be picked up.
